Have you ever experienced symptoms of lethargy, tiredness and just overall sense of unwell? Yet numerous visits to the doctor however reveal nothing of concern and merely sent home with vitamins and supplements that do not seem to do much in alleviating the symptoms? In today's high-strung society, such scenarios are unfortunately extremely common.

In this post we will explore the topic of "Energy", how Energy Coaching Therapy works to alleviate the above issues.

'Energy, in physics, (is) the capacity for doing work. It may exist in potential, kinetic, thermal, electrical, chemical, nuclear, or other various forms...All forms of energy are associated with motion. For example, any given body has kinetic energy if it is in motion...Energy can be neither created nor destroyed but only changed from one form to another.' (Source: Britannica)

Breaking down the above definition, this means each and everyone of us are all potential energy in a quantum field of energy. But what is this energy? There are many different terms for this energy; "Chi", "Prana", "Ki" etc. They all refer to the same thing, which is Universal Energy or Source Energy that runs through every living being. If Energy can neither be created nor destroyed, why do we then experience episodes of "low energy" and how does Energy Coaching Therapy help in such scenarios?

Potential Energy stimulated by Thought create reality. It can therefore be said that our thoughts and emotions (whether positive or negative) create our physical reality. The state of 'unwell' or 'wellness' is thus a reflection of our mental and emotional health. Persistent negative mental and emotional state ultimately manifests into physical dis-eases and illnesses. However, it is tricky for most of us who are unfamiliar with the concept of energetic vibrations to accept that our mind/thoughts have the power to influence our physical body. After all it is not something that we can see and touch which has historically been the widely acceptable basis of "reality" in this physical dimension of existence. To illustrate this, let's try a simple exercise. Close your eyes and picture a piece of juicy lemon slice with its citrusy smell filling up your nostrils. Now imagine sinking your teeth into the slice of lemon, the sour taste of lemon juice oozing onto your tongue. Now do you feel your mouth filling up with saliva in reflex as a result of the exercise? This is a good example demonstrating the fact that our mind does not differentiate what is "real" vs. imagination but our body reacts to the mental stimulus nonetheless.

This is also the reason why persistent meditation and conscious mindfulness practices produce beneficial outcomes for our health.

Energy Coaching therapy is the combination of introducing high vibrational frequency/energy to the recipient together with mindfulness coaching to alter the thought patterns and energetic vibrations of the recipient thereby achieving a state of alignment and wellness.

Fundamentally, two opposing vibrational frequencies cannot exist in the same space (which is also the premise of the law of attraction). As such, when a trained Energy Practitioner introduces a different frequency, it allows the recipient to entrain with it and adopt the cohesive patterns of the energies introduced. With time, regular introduction of higher vibrational frequencies have the potential to alter the energetic patterns of the recipient and encourage demanifestation of dis-eased energy. This in turn eliminates the physical symptoms. However, alteration of energetic patterns in and of itself does not stop the manifestation of negative energy. This is where the coaching element comes into play. Since thoughts create physical reality, the conscious reprogramming of negative thought patterns is needed in order to achieve a sustainable state of alignment.

The state of balance and harmony is the most natural state of being that we instinctively gravitate towards. Which is why when we are in physical pain and discomfort we would naturally want to seek medical treatment in order to go back to the state of comfort and ease we were in.

If we consciously recognize how our thoughts impact our physical reality, we would be in a much healthier state as a society be it physically, mentally or emotionally. Having the complete awareness to identify the energetic onset of dis-eases before it becomes a physical liability may very well be the difference between being in a complete state of health and being trapped in a cancer-ridden body.
